Lisa Hoefer Carter was born and raised in the Willamette Valley near Albany. She comes from 4 generations of farmers. With his history she has intimate knowledge of the Willamette Valley area from Sweet home to the coast and Portland to Eugene. She is currently one of two owners of John L Scott in Lebanon and has over 20 years experience in residential sales, investments, real estate development for cell sites for AT&T and Verizon, commercial leasing and property management.
She brings her experience, love the business and love of people to the table with each and every transaction. It is her goal to give every client, whether a first time home buyer or investor, the best service possible.
